Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Nityav Global, we strive to provide high-quality Ayurvedic and herbal wellness products. Your satisfaction is important to us. This policy explains the conditions under which refunds and cancellations are accepted.


1. Order Cancellation

  • Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not been shipped.
  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • To request cancellation, please contact our customer support team immediately.

2. Returns & Replacements

  • Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
    • You received a damaged product.
    • You received a wrong product.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a return/replacement.

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence.
  • Items purchased during promotional sales (unless damaged/defective).

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • In case of a wrong or damaged product, Nityav Global will bear the return shipping cost.
  • For any other reason, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
