1. Order Cancellation
- Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not been shipped.
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- To request cancellation, please contact our customer support team immediately.
2. Returns & Replacements
- Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- You received a damaged product.
- You received a wrong product.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a return/replacement.
3. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products.
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence.
- Items purchased during promotional sales (unless damaged/defective).
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
- In case of a wrong or damaged product, Nityav Global will bear the return shipping cost.
- For any other reason, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
